About CL Enterprise: Building Trauma-Informed, Culturally Intelligent, and Sustainable Organizations

Founded in 2013 by Christian Lachanea Evbuomwan, CL Enterprise began as a creative platform using art and storytelling to empower individuals and organizations. What started as a passion for cultural expression has evolved into a dynamic consulting firm at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and organizational systems.

Today, CL Enterprise specializes in capacity building, cultural intelligence, trauma-informed strategy, and ESG-aligned leadership development. The firm’s mission is to help organizations become more resilient, equitable, and sustainable by centering the wellbeing of people and the systems that support them.
