About CL Enterprise: Building Trauma-Informed, Culturally Intelligent, and Sustainable Organizations

Founded in 2013 by Christian Lachanea Evbuomwan, CL Enterprise began as a creative platform using art and storytelling to empower individuals and organizations. What started as a passion for cultural expression has evolved into a dynamic consulting firm at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and organizational systems.

Today, CL Enterprise specializes in capacity building, cultural intelligence, trauma-informed strategy, and ESG-aligned leadership development. The firm’s mission is to help organizations become more resilient, equitable, and sustainable by centering the wellbeing of people and the systems that support them.

Christian Lachanea Evbuomwan brings over sixteen years of experience across government, nonprofit, and community-based sectors in Washington, DC, Atlanta, and Southern California. A Licensed Professional Counselor in both the District of Columbia and Maryland, she holds a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC). She is also completing her Ph.D. in International Psychology with a concentration in Organizations and Systems, deepening her expertise in global leadership and cultural transformation.

Her career includes service as a Family Violence and Prevention Services, Executive Services Special Assistant, Clinical Director, Program Director, Case Manager, School Specialist, Board Member, and Civil Affairs Specialist in the U.S. Military. Across every role, Christian has remained committed to advancing the wellbeing of underserved and marginalized populations, particularly within African American and Brown communities.

Through CL Enterprise, she partners with nonprofits, corporations, and government agencies to design trauma-informed, culturally intelligent, and sustainable programs. Her work integrates principles of organizational psychology, ESG strategy, and systems-level change to foster environments where people and performance thrive together.

Versed in travel, philanthropy, financial literacy, and social impact, Christian Lachanea Evbuomwan is redefining how organizations approach wellness and responsibility, building a future where healing, equity, and accountability drive both culture and success.

MY EDGE

My work sits at the intersection of:

  • systems strategy

  • behavioral insight

  • real-world execution

I’ve built within complex systems, led initiatives, and understand how structure—not just effort—creates results.
This is not theory.
This is applied strategy.

If you’re ready to:

  • move with intention

  • build with structure

  • and position your life for long-term success

Apply to work together or join the next private roundtable.
